Taskpls — Terms of Service

Welcome to taskpls. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your”) and taskpls (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, mobile apps, or any of our services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, stop using the Services immediately.

1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are not prohibited from using the Services under any applicable law.

We do not permit anyone under 18 to use taskpls. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction results in immediate account termination.

2. Nature of the Services

taskpls is an adult-oriented online social platform that may contain sexual content or adult themes. By using the Services, you voluntarily choose to access such content and confirm that such material is legal in your jurisdiction.

We do not provide:

• Escorting services
• Prostitution services
• Transactional sex services
• Human trafficking
• Commercial sexual arrangements

Any attempt to use taskpls for these purposes will result in account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

3. Account Registration & Security

To create an account, you must provide true, accurate, and complete information. You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations or safety concerns.

4. User Conduct Rules

You agree that you will NOT engage in the following:

Illegal or harmful conduct

• Use taskpls for any illegal purpose
• Engage in fraud, impersonation, or deception
• Upload or share content involving minors (even if non-sexual)
• Upload or share non-consensual sexual content
• Share revenge porn or voyeuristic material
• Facilitate trafficking or exploitation

Platform abuse

• Harass, bully, or threaten users
• Engage in stalking or extortion (“sextortion”)
• Post hateful, violent, or discriminatory content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with platform operations or security

Violation may result in immediate suspension, termination, and possible legal disclosure.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for any content you upload (“User Content”). This includes:

• Photos, videos
• Profile information
• Messages and interactions
• Preferences and descriptions

5.1 Your Legal Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• All individuals appearing in your content are real adults over 18.
• You have obtained all required permissions, releases, and rights to upload and share the content.
• You own the content or have the legal right to license it.
• The content does not violate any law or rights of others.

18 U.S.C. §2257 Compliance (Adult Content Requirements)

For content that includes nudity or sexual activity, you must be able to verify:

• The age of all performers
• That you have obtained valid identification documents
• That you have the right to distribute the content

taskpls is not responsible for maintaining performer identity documentation. You agree to provide proof upon request by us or lawful authorities.

5.2 License You Grant to taskpls

By uploading content, you grant taskpls a:

• Non-exclusive
• Worldwide
• Royalty-free
• Transferable
• Sublicensable
• Irrevocable (for backups and legal compliance)

License to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and modify your content solely for operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Services. You retain full ownership of your content.

5.3 Platform Rights Over Content

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or block content
• Restrict account visibility
• Shadow-ban profiles
• Disable features
• Terminate accounts

We may do so with or without notice, and for any reason including safety or legal requirements. You waive any claim against taskpls related to such actions.

6. User Interactions and Safety

We do not verify user identities or conduct criminal background checks. You are solely responsible for evaluating and managing risks when interacting with others.

taskpls is not responsible for:

• User conduct
• Online or offline behavior
• Harm, damages, or losses arising from interactions
• Misuse of your content by other users

Use caution when sharing personal or sensitive information.

7. Paid Features & Subscriptions

Paid services (“Premium Features”) may be available.

7.1 Payments

Payments are processed by:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play Store
• Approved third-party processors

We do not store full payment card information.

7.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel through:

• App Store subscriptions
• Google Play subscriptions
• Account settings

7.3 Refunds

Refunds follow platform policies, not taskpls' own rules.

EU/UK users may have additional withdrawal rights except when:

• You have begun using the digital content
• You consent to immediate delivery
• You acknowledge you lose the statutory withdrawal right

We will clearly indicate this at the time of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, branding, graphics, and design, are owned or licensed by taskpls.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute materials
• Reverse-engineer the app or website
• Use our trademarks without permission

9. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by the taskpls Privacy Policy, which explains:

• Cookies & tracking
• How we secure data

You agree to review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

10. DMCA Notice & Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property laws.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send a DMCA Notice to:

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties of any kind regarding:

• Identity of users
• Availability or uptime
• Security or error-free functionality
• Successful interactions or matches

Use the Services at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• taskpls shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for user actions, content, or interactions.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid over the last 12 months (if any).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless taskpls from any claims arising out of:

• Your interactions with others
• Your violation of these Terms

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time.

Upon termination:

15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration (U.S. Users)

Binding Arbitration

If you are a U.S. resident, you agree that all disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, not court. You waive the right to a jury trial.

Class Action Waiver

This clause does not apply to EU/UK users.

For EU/UK residents:
